Security of Credit/Debit
Card Payments
For ordering we will require the following details: Your
Name, E-mail address, Credit/Debit Card Number, Expiry Date and
Telephone Number. All orders will be delivered to cardholders address
unless a preferred delivery address is filled in. All card details
are sent to our head office in encrypted form via our shopping cart
software system. This prevents unauthorised access. After processing
all Credit/Debit Card details are removed from computer records/files.
You can elect for us to store this information - this is necessary
for fast-track ordering. Security details are explained here.

Delivery (postage
& packaging)
Upon cleared payment, (Credit/Debit Cards are immediate,
cheques 4 working days). Parcelforce has on-line tracking. Reference
numbers can be sent via e-mail with confirmed order if you so wish. The
costs are:
£4.95 7-10 day delivery
£5.95
2-3 days Delivery
£7.95 Next Working day
£9.50 by 12am next day
£11.50 by 10am next day
These charges apply to UK Mainland only and for all orders
up to 30 KG in weight. For
all other destinations, you will be notified of the price prior
to dispatch. Please note that, for each delivery, we charge £1
for packaging.

Refunds
You have 7 days from date of delivery to cancel your order. You must contact within the 7 days and arrange return of your order, we can collect the order for a charge of £6. For a full refund the goods must be intact, unused & undamaged, the refund is for the goods only, delivery is non refundable. Any
goods damaged upon delivery please report it to us immediately via e-mail for
an immediate replacement.
For defective products, we will replace free of charge which includes collection, but this does not include defective products caused by incorrect use !
If goods become out of stock after an order has been taken we will repay the
price of the goods or offer an alternative product. You also have the option of
accepting a later delivery.
Data
Protection and Security.
No details will be given to any third party. No details
will go to mailing lists etc, in otherwords we do not give out any
information to anybody ! All office paperwork is incinerated on
site.
Local Taxes and
Duties
For deliveries outside the European Union, the customer
is responsible for all local duties and taxes.

Mount Fuji International Ltd is registered for UK VAT,

Applicable Law
and Courts of Jurisdiction
Any purchases or services from Mount Fuji International web site are
governed by English Law and will be deemed to have occurred in the United Kingdom.
Retention of Title
All goods remain the property of Mount Fuji International Ltd until
paid for in full. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
