Shipping And Handling Upon cleared payment, Credit/Debit Cards are immediate, delivery is via Parcelforce. This has on-line tracking. Reference numbers can be sent out via e-mai if you so wish. Delivery Schedule Delivery Examples. Orders are deliverd Monday To Friday. Example 1: an order placed on Thursday by 2pm on a "next day delivery" will be delivered on Friday Example 2: an order placed on Friday by 2pm on a "next day delivery" will be delivered on Monday Example 3: an order placed on Monday by 2pm on a 2-4 day delivery will be delivered between Thursday and Monday Orders placed from 3pm Friday onwards will be treated as a Monday order. .

Tax Charges VAT is charged at 17.5% for items that are due for VAT. This is clearly marked on items that require VAT to be added and the total VAT is shown on your Invoice. Orders outside on the EU, you can claim back any VAT paid.

Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using SSL encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer.
