Different to Matcha, these sprinkles can be used in cooking to make green tea cakes,biscuits, ice cream and much more.
You can use these on there own or as a blend with matcha. For example, for making a medium size bread you can use 2 tablespoons of sprinkles and 1 teaspoon of matcha.
The sprinkles give a good apperance of tea so it enhances the looks and they contain green tea also. You can just use on there own and you can be generous too, (unlike matcha, beware very strong...)
At the farm you can buy some wonderful green tea cakes...the colour is green of coarse ! and you can taste the nice flavour of green tea. Ice cream is very good by the way. The packet is has a seal, so no mess !
