Savoury Japanese Pancakes. Easy to make & FUN !

Okonomiyaki means "cooke as you like it" Basically you put together a mix of ingrediants and make a light & crusty pancake with it all. This is meant to be fun and cooked at your table (if possible)
How to cook: Mix together 2 eggs, water 120cc and Okonomiyaki flour 100g. Add shredded cabbage (1/2), and any ingredients (pork, squid, shiitake mushrooms, prowns etc. all together about 250g). Heat a little oil on the pan and pour mixture in seperate spoonfuls,cook for 5 mins until mixtures hardens and bubbles form and flip over ( make sure batter crisp,cabbage soft, fish cooked)

Rice Flour (Shiratama flour) 250g Rice Flour (Shiratama flour) 250g  (Code 1102z)

White rice flour crystals. You can use to make dumpling balls (Dango, Mochi) to eat with the Japanese favourite, Azuki Beans or ice cream etc!

How to cook
1. Add water(220g) little by little to Rice flour(250g), keep mixing.
2. Make balls (about 10g/45 balls)
3. Boil water in the pan and put one each in.
4. When balls float to the surface, scoop them out and put them in the cold water to cool down.
5. Enjoy with your favourite way. (with fruits, ice cream, azuki beans, syrup....)
