Not sure what "Best Before" & "Use By" means ?
"Best Before" means any item with this marking will still be ok to use after the "Best Before" date has passed and can be legally sold with or without any discount. ie crackers,rice,soy sauce....
"Use By" means that any item must not be used or sold after this date, ie milk, meat etc..
