How to cook:
Boil them with 4 times the amount of water, bring to a boil and boil rapidly for 5 minutes. Reduce the heat and simmer, covered until cooked but not mushy. Once they became soft, add seasoning as you like. (250g)

How to cook
1. Add water(220g) little by little to Rice flour(250g), keep mixing.
2. Make balls (about 10g/45 balls)
3. Boil water in the pan and put one each in.
4. When balls float to the surface, scoop them out and put them in the cold water to cool down.
5. Enjoy with your favourite way. (with fruits, ice cream, azuki beans, syrup....)
